Search Perfect Inc respects your privacy. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit our website or contact us through it. It applies to Search Perfect website pages that link to this policy. Information handled as part of a client project may also be covered by the relevant service agreement and privacy arrangements.

Information you provide
Our contact form asks for your name, email address, inquiry subject and message. You may also provide a phone number and business name. Form emails include the submission date, time and page address. When you email or call us, we receive the contact information and details you choose to share.
Please provide only the information needed for your inquiry. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identification numbers, insurance-policy records or other sensitive information through the contact form. If information about another person is necessary, make sure you are authorized to share it.
How we use inquiry information
We use the information you provide to respond, understand your business needs, discuss relevant services, prepare a requested proposal and keep track of our correspondence. We may also use information as needed to address misuse, resolve a concern or meet a legal obligation.
Sending an inquiry asks us to contact you about that inquiry. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Where a different use requires consent or another notice under applicable law, we will obtain that consent or provide the notice before proceeding.
Website operation, fonts and cookies

The contact form uses a hidden anti-spam field to help identify automated submissions.

The current website has no Google Analytics or Meta Pixel tags installed. WordPress uses cookies for administrative login and related functions; the public website does not offer visitor accounts. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although blocking them may affect functions that depend on them.
Who may receive information
Your inquiry is directed to the Search Perfect team. Website hosting, email delivery and technical support providers may process contact details, messages and technical information as needed to operate the website and our communications. Contact form submissions are sent to us by email.
Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to respond to lawful requests, or as reasonably necessary to establish or defend legal rights. If you ask us to involve another party in your inquiry, we may share the information needed to carry out that request.
Processing across borders
Search Perfect works with businesses in Canada and the United States. Depending on the services used to handle a communication, information may be processed outside your province, state or country. Information processed in another country can be subject to that country’s laws and lawful access by its authorities. Information should not be kept longer than needed for those purposes. You can contact us to ask about the information associated with your inquiry or to request its deletion, subject to applicable requirements.
No website, email service or method of transmitting information can be guaranteed completely secure. Please avoid sending sensitive information through an ordinary website inquiry and contact us if you need to discuss another way to provide it.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to submit the form or omit optional fields. Without the details needed to understand and answer your question, we may be unable to respond fully. You can also ask us to stop following up on an inquiry.
Depending on your location, the information involved and the law that applies, you may have rights to access or receive a copy of personal information, correct it, request deletion, withdraw consent, or object to certain uses. Applicable laws may also provide rights relating to data portability, targeted advertising, sale of personal data or certain automated decisions.

We may need to verify your identity or an authorized representative’s authority. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any applicable restriction or refusal.
If you disagree with a response, email the same address with the subject Privacy appeal and explain your concern. Where an appeal right applies, we will handle it under the applicable requirements. You may also contact the privacy or consumer-protection regulator for your jurisdiction. Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination.
External websites and children
Links to Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and other external services take you to websites with their own privacy practices. This policy does not govern the information you provide to those services.
This website is intended for business owners and business representatives, rather than children. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information so that we can review the matter and take any action required by law.
