Danielle Cameron is a digital marketing leader with over 20 years of specialized experience in SEO, SEM and Social Media for captive insurance agents. With an impressive track record working with over 300 insurance locations in Canada and the US, she spearheads a dedicated team of 15 professionals at Search Perfect, which is recognized as both a Google and Microsoft Advertising Partner. A national speaker and holder of a Google AI Certificate, Danielle is also an AI-Enhanced Content Designer who merges innovative technology with bespoke consulting strategies.
Under her leadership, Danielle and her team craft compelling online narratives that not only capture the essence of each client’s story but also drive live, trackable business results. Her work stands as a testament to her commitment to excellence and her ability to transform digital presence into measurable success for her clients.

Rosa Lupia

I grew up in Calabria, Italy, and moved to Canada after high school in 2010 in search of new opportunities and a chance to build a future for myself. Starting over in a new country came with challenges, including language and cultural barriers, but those experiences taught me resilience, determination, and the importance of never being afraid to learn something new.
Today, I’m the SEO Departmental Manager at Search Perfect, where I lead a team of SEO strategists and oversee our SEO operations. My work includes market and keyword research, competitive analysis, link building, local SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI search optimization, and content strategy for websites and blogs. I also played a key role in developing and building our GEO program from day one, helping shape our strategies for optimizing businesses and their online presence for the evolving world of AI-powered search. I’m passionate about staying ahead of the constantly changing digital landscape, particularly the latest developments in local SEO, Google updates, and the growing role of AI in search.
I hold several Google certifications, an AI certification, and recently graduated with High Honors in Marketing – Business. I’m always looking for opportunities to expand my knowledge, improve my skills, and help my team and clients succeed.
Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two boys. They inspire me to work hard, continue growing, and make the most of every opportunity while creating meaningful memories and enjoying new adventures together. I also love running and strength training at the gym, which help me stay active, focused, and balanced.
The journey from Calabria to Canada has shaped who I am today. Every challenge has taught me something valuable and strengthened my belief in continuous growth, hard work, and staying optimistic. I’m grateful for how far I’ve come and excited about where the journey will take me next.
Penni Puckrin

Penni Puckrin

Penni Puckrin is the SEO Assistant Manager at Search Perfect Inc., bringing more than 22 years of experience in client management and 14 years of experience in SEO. In her role, she helps develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients while supporting their digital marketing success.
As an integral part of the SEO team, Penni specializes in market research, competitive analysis, keyword research, link building, and leveraging emerging AI tools and technologies to enhance SEO strategies. She stays current with the ever-changing search landscape, including the growing impact of AI on search and online visibility, helping clients strengthen their digital presence, improve search performance, and connect with their target audiences.
Outside of work, Penni enjoys spending time with her husband and their two boys, supporting her family and being involved in the things that matter most to them. She is also a lifelong baseball fan who enjoys watching games, attending them in person, and playing whenever the opportunity arises. Whether she’s on the field or cheering from the stands, baseball has always been a meaningful part of her life.

Heather Tuomisto

Heather Tuomisto joined Search Perfect in 2023 as an SEO Specialist, bringing a passion for helping businesses strengthen their online presence. She enjoys learning about each client’s unique needs and developing tailored local SEO and GEO strategies that support their growth across different markets.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her two beloved Standard Poodles, Bella and Ludo. She loves exploring Canada with her dogs, whether walking along a frozen lake in the winter or exploring forest trails and beaches during the warmer months. She is happiest outdoors with her loyal companions by her side.

Amanda Gotmy joined Search Perfect in 2024 as an SEO Strategist, where she is passionate about helping clients strengthen their online presence through effective SEO and GEO strategies. She enjoys staying ahead of the evolving search landscape and finding new ways to help businesses improve their visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms.
Outside of her work at Search Perfect, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family. As a mom of two teenagers who are both active in sports, much of her free time is spent supporting them from the sidelines and making the most of family time. She also enjoys gardening, archery, hunting, and traveling with her husband and children, especially when it gives the family an opportunity to spend time together and explore new places.

Kim is an experienced SEO Specialist who has been working in the marketing industry since 2007. She joined our team in 2022, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise in search engine optimization. Kim’s favorite part of her role is helping clients achieve improved online visibility and higher search rankings, which ultimately drives their success.
Outside of work, Kim is an avid explorer of the beautiful landscapes around Calgary, Alberta, where she lives. A lover of the outdoors, she enjoys hiking with her dog in the mountains.

Outside of work, she channels her creativity into running craft sales, exploring a variety of crafts, and running a small part-time bakery from home with her teenage daughter.

Aly Niznik

Aly Niznik joined Search Perfect in 2020 and has served as Administrative Manager since 2023. She speaks English and a little Hebrew, and brings strong organizational skills and years of experience to her role. Outside of Search Perfect, Aly has owned and operated her own dance studio for more than 15 years, making dance a lifelong passion and an industry she has been part of her entire life. Her experience as both a business owner and dance professional brings a unique combination of leadership, creativity, and dedication to everything she does.

Heather Rae

Heather is an Administrative Assistant at Search Perfect, where she joined the team in 2026. She enjoys keeping things organized, paying attention to the details, and helping wherever she can to support the team.
Outside of work, Heather is a proud wife of a Canadian Armed Forces Officer and a devoted dog mom to two Standard Poodles. She is also an active member of her local choir and church community, serving on the Worship Team and helping with Sunday School.
When she’s not working, Heather enjoys playing video games, crocheting, crafting, and, most importantly, spending time with her friends and family. She loves finding creative ways to stay busy and making time for the people and activities she enjoys most.

His diverse background in graphic design, insurance, and finishing carpentry gives him a unique perspective, balancing visual impact, precision, and practical function in every product. Andrew is the creative and operational force behind SP Sign Lab’s standout signage, bringing each custom order to life with detail, care, and consistency.
